一、服务范围与定位
阿方索为全球跨境电商从业者、供应链伙伴及技术合作伙伴提供包括但不限于：智能商贸进出口、高新技术产品采销分销、跨国供应链履约中台及基于 TikTok 开放平台生态（TikTok Shop Open API / Marketing API）的数字化开发者系统解决方案。
二、开发者与 API 使用守则
若您接入或调用阿方索提供的开发者 API 接口或使用与 TikTok 平台对接的系统模块，您须严格遵守以下约定：
- 合法合规原则：不得利用阿方索系统及接口从事任何违反所在地法律法规、侵犯第三方知识产权或违反 TikTok 官方平台政策的活动；
- 凭证安全保管：您有责任妥善保管所有分配给您的 API 密钥、访问令牌与开发者账号凭证，因您未尽保管义务导致的泄露风险由您自行承担；
- 禁止滥用行为：严禁对系统进行恶意高频调用、压力测试破坏、逆向工程解密、未经授权的数据爬取或任何可能导致系统服务中断的行为；
- 数据授权规范：对于通过 TikTok 开放接口同步的相关店铺及交易数据，您必须确保已取得最终用户的合法授权。
三、知识产权声明
阿方索官方网站、应用系统、API 文档、算法模型、界面设计、商标标识（包括“阿方索”、“AFANSO”）以及相关软件代码的所有权均归深圳市阿方索智能商贸有限公司所有。未经我们事先书面明确许可，任何单位或个人不得复制、镜像、转让或用于非授权的商业用途。
四、免责与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内：
- 阿方索致力于确保所有技术接口的高可用性与数据传输的准时性，但不对因不可抗力、电信基础设施中断、第三方平台（如海外运营商或电商平台）策略变动或维护所导致的暂时性服务不可用承担赔偿责任；
- 在任何情况下，阿方索均不对任何间接、附带、特殊或惩罚性损害承担法律责任。
五、条款变更与终止

1. Scope of Services
Afanso provides comprehensive intelligent commerce solutions, cross-border supply chain integration, hardware sourcing, and technological software solutions integrated with the TikTok Open Platform ecosystem (including TikTok Shop Open API and TikTok Marketing API) for global enterprises and merchant partners.
2. Developer & API Usage Guidelines
When utilizing our developer tools or platform API integrations, you explicitly agree to:

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under governing law:
- Services and APIs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but shall not be liable for outages caused by force majeure, global telecom disruptions, or third-party platform policy revisions;
- In no event shall Afanso be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
